"I am passionate about what I do! How can I help you?"

Ever since she was young, Lisa knew she wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. Mahatma Ghandi's quote, "Be the change you wish to see in the world" was a major motivator. Lisa wanted to make positive changes in the world, and in the world around her. This led her to study psychology, mental health counseling and eventually turned into her full time career. As a licensed online therapist in the State of Florida, Lisa is committed to the well-being of all  clients and works diligently to help find them the answers they seek to improve their lives and overall well being. She has worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

Lisa has 12 years of experience of providing individual psychotherapy and facilitating SA and domestic violence prevention groups as well as anger management classes in a variety of settings including a detox center, inpatient treatment facility, outpatient treatment center. Lisa also worked in a community mental health setting and in social services, earlier in her career. She now enjoys focusing on helping people one on one in her private practice.

Lisa's therapy style is warm and empathic combining experience, and a sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to the therapeutic process. She believes in treating everyone with respect and compassion. Lisa utilizes different therapeutic techniques and will tailor your sessions to meet your unique and specific needs.

In her free time, she likes to hang out with family, friends and of course her poodle, Benny. Lisa also enjoys outdoor activities and crafting.
